No Warranty

Termination and Suspension
Termination by You

Effect of Termination

Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of ZiveDesk shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

General Provisions
Governing Law
